Competition rules this weekend! The campground is split into two teams, and those teams compete fiercely for points in fun activities like relay races and a hula dancing contest. The final event is "Can You Survive This Food?" (Picture at right) Odd concoctions put your tastebuds to the test!

Treat yourself to free ice cream at the Sundae Race (top left) or try to win the gold medal in Goldfish Eating (bottom left). July 1-4 Yogi Bear Celebrates America Weekend
Enjoy a fun-filled week of activities themed about the good ol' star-spangled banner. Win great prizes competing in the Yogi Bear Celebrates America Parade. NO FIREWORKS IN CAMPGROUND. Firework zone is halfway up the gravel bar.
July 8-10 Rocket Weekend 2
Blast off with your family on this fun filled weekend! Lauch your own rocket at "3, 2, 1 Blastoff!" and soar high with space themed crafts, games and contests. Win the costume contest by donning your favorite sci-fi outfit!
July 15-17 Water Wars/Survivor Weekend
Competition rules this weekend! Tons of fun team games such as drip, drip, wet, Water Balloon War, Water Hey-Ride and kids vs. parents water fight!. The final event is "Can You Survive This Food?"
July 22-24 Chocolate Lover's Weekend
Indulge your chocolate craving at delectable contests like
Chocolate Pudding Fight, Chocolate Musical Chairs. Be sure to bring a sweet for the dessert contest!
July 29-31 Christmas in July Weekend
Santa will pass out free gifts to every child at the Flag Raising on Saturday! Bid at the Ornament Auction, which supports Camp Sunshine. Please bring ornaments for the auction and Christmas decorations for the site decorating contest!
